Currency and tax

You are invoiced in the currency shown on your quote. The quote builder lets you choose US or Canadian dollars, and whichever is printed on the quote you receive is the currency and the figure we bill. Canadian amounts are converted from our US dollar list at a fixed rate stated on the quote; that rate is fixed for that quote and does not move with the market afterwards.

Prices exclude tax. They also exclude third-party spend — advertising budgets, paid tools, platform or directory fees — which you pay directly to the provider.

You own your accounts

Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, your domain, your hosting, your social accounts and any directory or review platform profile are registered in your name and owned by you. We work inside them with access you grant.

If we stop working together you keep all of it. We do not hold your accounts, your data or your domain as leverage, and there is no fee to release anything.

No ranking guarantees

Nobody controls Google's results, and any agency that guarantees a position is either misinformed or misleading you. We guarantee the work described in your quote, not an outcome in someone else's system.

How one-time work is paid

Nothing is payable until you have approved a detailed worklist for your own site. We produce it at no charge before any invoice: it names every URL in scope, what each one gets, what was already done before us, and how you will be able to see the result. It replaces the quote as the scope of work. If you read it and do not want to proceed, you owe nothing.

Once you have approved it, one-time work is staged in three payments: 50% on approval, 30% on completion of the build, and 20% at the end of the observation period.

The final 20% is contingent. It is invoiced only once the result we agreed in writing has been met. If it has not been met by the end of the observation period, we keep working on it and do not invoice that slice — we do not bill for an outcome we did not deliver.

The observation period, and what counts as the result, are named in the detailed worklist rather than left to interpretation. Monthly work is billed monthly and is not part of this schedule.

One-time work

A quote is valid for 30 days. Work begins once the scope is agreed in writing, and is invoiced on completion of the scope unless agreed otherwise.

The scope is what is listed on the quote. If something outside it turns out to be necessary, we tell you and price it before doing it — we do not add work and invoice it afterwards.

Monthly work and cancellation

Deployed agents and any other recurring work are billed monthly in advance.

Cancel any time. Tell us and the agent stops at the end of the month you have already paid for. There is no notice period, no minimum term and no cancellation fee, and we do not bill you for a month you did not want.

Where a first month is offered free, every monthly line on your quote is free that month — not only the agent deployment. The first charge falls at the start of the second month, and we tell you before it is taken rather than letting it arrive unannounced. Cancelling during the free month costs nothing and cannot trigger a second month charge.

How content is produced

Content is written by AI, directed and reviewed by a person. A human chooses each topic and checks the piece before it publishes. Nothing publishes unread.

Technical changes made by a deployed agent run within a written policy that bounds what it may touch, with a cap on how much it ships per day and monitoring that makes a silent failure visible.

We do not publish invented case studies, fabricated results, or claims about your business that you have not confirmed. In regulated fields — medical, dental, legal, financial — you approve claims before they go live.

Our own mistakes

If we built something and it is wrong, fixing it is not a billable line item. That includes broken pages, incorrect redirects and markup errors introduced by us.

Reporting

Every figure we report traces to a first-party source — Search Console, your analytics, your database — not to a vendor estimate presented as fact. Where a number is an estimate, we label it as one.
